just frust.

i couldn't work for now, i am very lost after came out from the meeting. we all don't have the sales direction nor company direction. the meeting started with adex spending in general market, compared to our station and competitor. we are not doing well for this year, while our competitor is the superhero as of now. yes, the recent increased in fuel, inflation approaching, and of course our political issues... all these are facts that lots of companies are holding their budget. but have he thought of the main reason of the drop in sales??? as we already mentioned so many times that most the clients already locked their budget with our competitors since last year! damn.. where's the sales plan? where's the master plan that should send out months ago? arrrrrrrrrggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhh.....
